Google Groups

Google groups are very essential to us in our organizations, like while we are sending a mail to our coordinators or co workers the message is same but it has to be sent to all, if we send it normally it take to much of time and effort. where as in Google groups we can send the same message to all the group members at once in a very short time all at once. Once we create a Group we add the members of the our organization and the message is been sent to all . for example if i want to send a message to all my co fellows about the meeting in deshpande foundation on 14-08-09 on behalf of Independent day celebration i need to type the message only once and send to all fellows who are already in my group. this helps in saving time and as well as maintaining the records as well. It is tool in Google and it is very useful. we should always take the use of options present with us.
